Edan Farmer (not sure if he’s on SZ) has said that if there isn’t anymore movement today or tomorrow, then the club is finished. Can anyone confirm what he means by this and if it’s true?

to screw Ronnie over ... drag him through the courts for every penny he owes - for breaking employment law - paralyse his businesses for repayments - put charges on his house - go so large on legal that he can't afford it. Put a charge on in RH for the staff wages - charges against all his properties -

of course they should have a fans company founded back then ..

right now the 12 points for administration looks like a good option - and clear the f0cker out

The Zone is a far more interesting read when they post and most of know the ones who are honest and we don’t judge them if they don’t get everything 100% right.

Why don’t those they contribute FA and wallow in misery set up their own group and out grizzle each other in private…… Just an idea.

What on earth are you talking about?
 
i think if the Trust or any other group (combined fans groups) whatever were to put together a company/organisation to take over and offered legitimate SHARES in that to take over SUFC we would be overwhelmed with support and sales and MONEY ..

plus so much good will ..

plus we could start paying football dept ..

de facto - possession is 9/10 of the law and we could start the season at RH and sort out the pennies for RM later .. smart lawyers ;-)

the hardworking staff might have had every penny they were owed with a decent legal team -

also RM might have his arse getting fried at multiple employment tribunals AND he might even have been forced out of business before he started playing russian roulette ..

just a thought
