The season ticket money would already have spent trying to keep the Club afloat. Player wages, overheads, debts, it was never going to be enough, even if sales had matched previous seasons.

Sounds like a consortium of local businessmen are interested in buying. From what he said about one of the people leading things (involved in the purchase of 4 out of the 6 premiership clubs) it sounds like Laurie Pinto, which is encouraging as he’s been involved in the negotiations already so will have his eyes wide open on this.l transaction.
