Apparently the players were paid last week or something, so it would be pay the staff, renew contracts and look at new players (these 2 at the same time)

For clarity the F&P docs are 3 pages long. It’s basic. It’s more how long the NL / FA take to review then how long it takes to fill in.

If Kimura have spent £300k on DD, and given that RM has blown apart an NDA - assuming that he doesn’t sell to them as Crate, I presume they can take him to the cleaners (not that cleaner)

£300K is highly inflated. And the NDA is now worthless.

Clear football debt to remove embargo
Stadium Certificate
Renew contracts
Sign as many of the players on the whiteboard

Long term plan for sustainable investment and improvement on the pitch and promotions all the way back to league 1.

Why make official statements on the website now when we have had radio silence for months? What’s in it for him?

I want to be optimistic but sorry, I don’t trust a word Ron Martin says. And hate feeling like that, would love nothing more than being hopeful and looking forward for better times so hope I’m wrong.

But the man is a liar.

Desperation.

He finally ran out of money credit in March and the first of his companies was wound up.

He desperately needs to sell this loss making business. He thought he had the makings of a deal with Kimura but they got cold feet.

My view of this is that it's a good deal if you want to buy a football club. It's a poor deal if you're buying it looking to make a return on your investment.

I wish people would stop saying we are a loss making football club. If we were actually run properly those losses would be minimal. This season we will make loads of money as we are only having to pay 8 players.

Just to clarify. When RM says he is prepared to sell Roots Hall for 4.5 million, does that include everything on the site ie the land as well as the stadium and the car park?

Had a chat with Keegan outside Wembley once. He remembered playing at RH during his early career. Spoke very fondly about a Friday night under the floodlights.
What he said about Grimsby though was hilarious .
