I thought our illustrious chairman had appointed "agents" to act on his behalf regarding the sale of our club?
So how comes he never refers to them and all of a sudden his "statement" is subject to the MP's approval before he releases it.
On a slightly different subject I am no expert but have had some training for public speaking which included "body language" and I have to say that I have seen Ron in action on three videos now and genuinely he is not behaving as a normal person with the weight he currently has on his shoulders, his body language suggests he is certainly concealing something........no one can be that thick skinned !

Good to discuss things Smithy but redeveloping RH would be as low as 25% of the cost of a new stadium?

Did 3 lads in transit with Irish number plates quote you that?

Again - this is all very subjective. Your assumption seems to be that redevelopment = demolition and re-building/expanding. This isn't what is being discussed, with the East Stand being the exception.
There is a sliding scale of redevelopment. It isn't binary.

Thank You Sherif.

The East needs complete rebuild with presumably 5,000 minimum capacity. How much would that cost? Not just a basic, id like one with plenty of lounges, dinning and an 800 person ball room in my one thanks.

Again, it depends what the design looks like. Built in the traditional format, with 'bricks and mortar' and a cantilevered roof, you could be looking at between £12-15m.

Designed and built in a modular fashion, it might be £5m.

Remember, there is a sliding scale of options.
