Any potential move to a new Fossetts Farm Stadium would result in serious limitations to the clubs sustainability.

The approved new planning permission for Fossetts Farm Stadium limits its use to a maximum of 40 football matches per annum, plus a limit of only 3 per annum major events exceeding 1,000 spectators.

How does that make it sustainable?

I brought this up a while ago that we would be severely limited by planning, even more so in a 16k ground with an apartment complex attached to it.

If only the club or fans owned RH then it would be possible to stay and rebuild......But they don't and nobody will like the price that Ron would require.

What fans want and the harsh reality is moving further apart each day.

If we find someone who has enough coin to oust Ron then they will be looking at FF with extra revenue and the room to go even bigger if the PL was in sight.....That way they could sell on to an even bigger fish and make money for their investors......The same Plan that Ron started with 25 years ago.

Yes well we have hardly been paramount in anything he wants. It is all about him and his wealth and in the meantime **** the club, the staff and the fans.

Phased payments towards purchasing RH that can be used as part exchange for FF if it gets built??

With the North bank you could do standing below and sitting above, give the South to the away fans
I never understand giving a stand behind the goal to the away fans, put them in a corner somewhere, perhaps thats just me.

They would need to section the south stand off a little (not sure if needed for NL but would be for FL), then you have issues of health and safety for evacuations etc.

I would use par too the north that at the moment is nearly always unused, spend a little so there is access and segregation for away fans and some facilities there and then use the rest for home fans,

Yeah we know. He’s taking us down with him. Thanks, we get it. Least someone on here will enjoy it, eh?

For those interested, here is the latest in a long-running series of development update videos from Fratton Park. The gentleman in the video is our client...

...and one from last year showing some of the other significant works undertaken in Phase 1...

The killer is that we could have something more like this or be dead and buried in the next few days
