Why is anyone still believing a word that comes out of his mouth?

I’m struggling to, ofcourse.

But in January, he did tell me he had a plan for March. In March the club went up for sale.

Ofcourse, I don’t believe it, but something is better than nothing!

Missing the point totally, it’s us fans coming together to tell him we won’t stop, the costs, the inconvenience, stress and embarrassment is worth it alone.

Update directly from RM this morning “Once the club is sold, I will have more time” which would tell me he is confident the club is being sold?

Utterly nothing update, but gives me a bit of faith!

Where did he say this? And why would it tell you he is confident the club is being sold?

That just makes this all sound like one big ruse - best case scenario, he knew who he was going to sell to and had the timetable laid out; worst case scenario, its a play to buy time and get people off his back.

Either way, I can't understand how he knew in January that he'd put it up for sale in March. If he wanted and needed to sell and knew it in January, then why didn't he do it then?

There are a lot of very odd minor details about this whole thing.

I completely get he is a compulsive liar, don’t get me wrong. We all know it, so why do we demand statements, communication and to be kept in the loop when we aren’t going to believe a word that comes out of his mouth?

It’s a catch 22. We rightly gets stick for treating us like **** and not keeping us informed. So, eventually he puts out a hastily penned statement, which we have 10/15 pages on here tearing it apart. It’s not surprise he keeps his mouth shut most of the time.

Ok, but what about my 2nd question? I'm just curious, why would what he said tell you he is confident the club is being sold? I don't see the correlation.

I don't demand anything like that, that's why I go to court and listen. That is literally the only place where he has to provide some sort of factual evidence. The rest is just noise.

Used to do it in the factories years ago. Those who had the most to say on the shop floor were treated to promotion to charge hand or supervisor. They soon toned down the criticism.
