All this talk of 40 day or 42 day adjournments doesn't really tally up with what the slimey cretin said in that video message the lads recorded. I'm sure he said he definitely wouldn't be here come August, so surely he's looking shorter term to get this over the line!
He also said that the debts would be settled before today. Can’t believe a word that comes out of his mouth.

There was a squashed toad on the road outside my driveway this morning.........I know how he feels. It is looking as if we have been royally led up the garden path by that c**t Martin.......and us supporters are not the only ones. One company has paid hundreds of thousands for the priviledge. We have only paid in the number of years we have followed out beloved club (68 years for me). Instead of the new and exciting beginning we now find we will likely face one of two possibilites; either having a dead club or a living dead club. Our best prospect now seems as though we continue as a zombie club, underfinanced and continuing to stagger from one crisis to the next, with that manipulating b******d still pulling the strings in the background.

Whoever attends court today, we'll know soon after the outcome.
What we really want to know is if a second consortium is proposed and who is involved in this. That will determine a lot for our decisions to continue supporting or joining further protests.

All debts paid, staff paid up to date, umbongo lifted and new owners in place...........bugger that was a good dream.

FFS that sounds horrendous on all fronts. Assume the buyers are therefore not Kimura as he hasnt been engaging with them. Can you post the video please?

1. Obvious because he hasn't sold it
2. Obvious because it affects his dream
3. Obvious
4. He's made that clear, buyers won't be confidential as he'll have to declare in court.
5. As always

Nothing new from him then ....

At the last court hearing Martin promised the judge that he would clear the outstanding debts under the petition.
I wonder how much in total in this petition that Martin is expected to pay by today , it must be in excess of 300k.
Plus outstanding wages
A bond to the league
Local suppliers ect ect.
Martin probably needs to find a kings ransom.
Surely if Martin doesn’t pay today, isn’t he in contempt of court as he previously promised in court to clear the debt 💸
