I think the bold part relating to salaries is more of a National League requirement, than the courts. But yes, Ron is playing with fire should none of these be fully settled.
So, theoretically speaking, we need to pay Stan's wages back to October 2022 as part of the requirement? Oh dear.....
 
Odd that owners and directors can just down tools and let a business wither on the vine rather than do their utmost to keep it functioning until sold. Limited liability or not.
The point is , he could take lots of money now and we would be able to settle things but NO he wants more money than is offered.
