Yep that's a trust statement and others have quoted a club statement. I haven't seen any statement from the NL directly.

The trust statement says the deadline can be moved if there is a 'compelling reason'

I think the bold part relating to salaries is more of a National League requirement, than the courts. But yes, Ron is playing with fire should none of these be fully settled.

Salaries to all club employees come under "football creditors" and is very much a National League thing in this situation.

The judge we have tomorrow, when he gave us the adjournment in March, wasn't he the one that came the closest to winding us up? Also didn't he label that one a "Final"?

Salaries to all club employees come under "football creditors" and is very much a National League thing in this situation.

And I take it no confirmation these have been brought up to date yet? This would have to be completed before midnight correct?
