So surely that means capacity must at least match Roots Hall? The new plans for FF suggest initial capacity is less. Certainly during Phase 1 (3 sides)?
Perhaps thats why Roots Hall capacity seems to have mysteriously reduced over the years? Sure it used to be 12'000+ and now its 10'000? Guess some of that is safety, but wonder if it is also convenient?

I suspect there's a number he needs to get that allows him to write off the rest of the debt. In his mind it might be trying to limit the losses rather than making a gain. He thinks he's put in, what is it 25m? over the years. Let's say he receives 2m that would be a 23m loss to him, I'm not sure if the companies that have lent the club cash can afford to write this off at this stage of the FF development
The thing is a lot of that debt is at Rons door for poor business management. Why should someone else be expected to pay for that?

I suspect much of the debt is just the way football is, just like many other clubs running at a loss. A minority maybe due to mistakes from Ron. How much Ron ultimately writes off v how much a new owner pays off we don't currently know, I'd be surprised if a new owner is going to paying all of it off.

If Ron is replying to emails and calling people can people ask him whether he will be writing off the rest of the (inter-company) debt before the takeover to leave us debt free?

I think the latest iteration of Ron's plan shows a capacity of 10,940 seats in the 1st phase .

The planning condition actually states a number of seats - not a arguable statement such as 'same as roots hall'

So looks like another day will pass

7 days to go

5 business days
Think Wednesday was highlighted as another big day by some ITKs, not sure why though? Something about might be more funds to pay players rings a bell but no idea what the significance of Wednesday is.

Fixture releases and RM saying the other players might get paid via some media platform.

Ah yes. The Torquay fixtures rumour is an odd one, as if they’d ever do that at NL? They are lazy enough as it is, let alone doing a whole load of additional fixtures for Torquay alongside ours. Funny stuff.

Pretty sure it's more to do with having to maintain less areas as fit for supporters to use.
