OK sharp in take of breath time me thinks ! If this deal happens, which I believe it will, It will happen when it happens! Yes we may lose out on targets, we may have out of contracts walk away and dreams of a promotion chasing season become no more than pie in the sky, it will be what it will be, end of! Do I think something will give before this state of affairs materialise? Yes! Why? Because RM regardless of if he really wants to sell, has to! because the entity that is Southend United is still the key to obtaining his two decade plus chase for a pot of gold. He can't achieve this without the financial leverage that the sale will give him. He really is a drowning man going down for a 3rd time. Any delays in him grabbing the life line being thrown will not be of his current making, historical actions may need to be overcome, but I believe the effort going on behind the scenes, which we are not privilege to, will overcome all obstacles and result in a successful takeover and brighter future. RM might be pig headed, arrogant and egotistical but he is not stupid and will not cut off his nose to spite his face or push his luck with the big boys he is negotiating with this far down the road.

At least it keeps the shrimperzone doom. & gloomers on their toes they can’t wait for the takeover they have to keep moaning & groaning about everything maybe they will be happy if the deal falls through and chairman Ron stays

So a piece of Real Estate is up for grabs. Who would not be tempted? Ample off-road parking to the front, this quadrant configuration building has hidden, expansive lawns and incredible non-solar lighting for those BBQ evenings with the family. This rental dream has long welcomed many visitors. The current owner is a traditionalist and has worked hard to embrace the past. Vast sums of money have been lavished to return this offering back to its beginnings as a rubbish dump.

I could be tempted to throw my hat into the ring with this or maybe I'll just strip down a table lamp and zap myself from the mains. ECT home style.
