Does anyone know what this NL date we need to hit before 12th July is that Wolfy and other ITK have hinted at?
I don't know of any dates, but I've heard whispers of a bond being requested from the club by the National League. Trying to do a bit of digging to find out if it's true, so don't take my word on it, but it wouldn't be a shock as there is precedent for it and it is very much by their book. Gateshead had to pay one of £200k in 2018/19 in order to be allowed to compete in the NL.

If true and £200k+ is the amount, you'd have to question where that is coming from without new ownership.

Am I right in thinking this is basically a guarantee of however much to prove we can afford to compete next season?

Essentially, yes. The National League will play it by the FA Standardised Rules. Relevant ones are:

4.12 In the event of any issue concerning the membership of any Club with the Competition the Board may require a Bond to be paid by or on behalf of the Club on such terms and for such period as it may in its entire discretion think fit.

11. FOOTBALL CREDITORS
Where a Club defaults in making any payments to any Football Creditor, the Club shall be subject to such penalty as the Board may decide, including, but not limited to, an Embargo; a points deduction; a Bond; a suspension; or any combination thereof.

And the academy players, all ages. I heard they are not able to sign elsewhere until end June, unless a fee is paid. After that - they can walk for free.

Must be dates for release and retained lists… also a date for everyone to be paid up staff and creditors? As well as Hmrc
Yeah perhaps but Wolfy did seem adamant that it was NL pushing this deal, nothing else, so strange that no one appears to know what is. Could be the bond @Medway Blue is investigating.

Just concerns me that it could be another big dat that’ll sneak up on us fans like the accounts debacle.
