Been mentioned many times, commercial leases it's often the tenant that is responsible for repairs.
Jeez, that might be a deal breaker. Roots hall is a mess. Might be able to sell the mushrooms though for a pretty penny!
 
No news is good news. If there are a team of experts looking at this, and appreciating bad news may take time to bubble up, but not hearing anything from an ITK is good news for a week

It’s not close. It’s maybe than closer than last week, but we could still be looking at weeks and not days. Thinking before the end of June for sure but very much doubt it will be for at least another 10 days at the earliest

Let’s be real , you don’t actually know, Near enough all of us don’t . Could be weeks could be a few days . It could be one way or another. A day is a very long time when looking at all the stuff kimaru will be looking , things could Change on a daily basis.
 
Anyone touched on the state of roots Hall and how the repairs are to be addressed. Let's face it the west facilities are not fit/safe etc. IF Ron landlord surely falls on him...or price adjustment for new owners to address?
Very rare to see a commercial lease that isn’t tenant maintaining (unless a serviced office), and yes this is a biggie - much harder to pass ground grading than fit and proper tests.
 
Tenant maintaining would mean keeping it in the state they went in at but if money needs to be spent I’ve always negotiated a rent free period the more £££’s needed the longer the rent free period. Plus as it’s basically gonna be demolished when SUFC leave there’ll be no final costs to bring it up to scratch as there is in normal commercial properties when you vacate.

I'd imagine the current situation will continue, which I think is, Roots Hall rent free with club responsible for maintenance.

Maybe some kind of clause if the club causes a delay to moving into new stadium a rent becomes payable.

Really not sure if new owners should spend massive amounts on Roots Hall, what is it 2, maybe 3 more seasons? Some basic maintenance, better cleaning, lick of paint etc maybe.

Not arguing with you there and you are right only certain people know 100% what’s going on. Just sharing what I heard today.
 
Quite possibly. Who knows what the motive is for those people.

I’m posting less and less ITK information, as it’s not worth it.

I’ve never got involved in financial stuff, it doesn’t really interest me. I’ve heard bits and pieces about the takeover, some posters like @Medway Blue have their fingers on the pulse with their information, others are miles off the mark. I’ve been speaking with a few other ITK posters via DMs about transfer targets, that’s more the stuff I’m interested in.

Ohhhh an ITK clique... just need to bring back neg rep and @OldBlueLady will be right on her soapbox 😅

I don't think I've seen too many examples of people claiming to be ITK and just posting information they may have come across. At the end of the day it's a football forum, not everything you read on here is gunna be correct.
 
End of the month probably looks about right when the takeover is finally completed unless kimura find some unwanted surprises between now and then which could cause any potential deal to fall through. If we were really as close as people say why haven't the club put out some sort of statement to ease fans fears....... all we are going off is few ITK posts which may not even be true. Regards to kimura themselves I'm am bit sceptical of them but we are at point where anyone is better than Ron.

If you had the chance and the backing to buy and run the football club you love but the club would not talk then few months later puts the club up for sale I would be pretty sour as well!

True but when Ron said he was selling it was dead in the water.

Ron was open to investment or selling it all.
