Is he so pathetic that he has to go to Court yet again, to show hid tedious self, just to prove debts he should never have allowed in the first place to ratchet up, have now been paid

Its hardly glorious is it , although maybe Ron thinks it is, although the majority of reasonable people can only think, what a plonker !

Let’s put it this way if there was a sale on the horizon you would think that the new owners ( they will be huge football fans honest ) will be in the directors box today and you would also thing that Ron will be hosting … sadly neither will happen

Potential new owners were at the previous home game, so it’s quite likely they will be again - but if they aren’t it shouldn’t be panic stations purely on the basis that they aren’t there today. There are other things going on in life that mean we all miss some matches whether we want to or not.

Ron won’t be there. Just like Lucy Letby refusing to attend her sentencing, Ron doesn’t have the decency (or remotest interest in the football now) to attend and face the music.

On a point of fact, she refused to attend the verdicts not her sentencing which hasn't taken place yet. More seriously, as badly as Martin runs the club and continues to damage its good name, to draw an analogy with the worst serial child murderer in modern times might be taking it a little bit too far

On a point of fact, she has openly stated for the record and the judge that she will not attend any further proceedings, including her sentencing on Monday - which has brought rightful criticism from victims groups, and comparisons with other murderers recently who have chosen the same.

Which is why I said it.

Not the point, she hasn't been sentenced yet. You avoid the more important issue of drawing a distasteful analogy between her and Martin.

It requires a very flimsy grasp of the English language, or a wilful desire to misrepresent just so that you can provoke an argument (or both), to overlook the plainly obvious truth that the comparison is about having the decency to attend in person to hear the condemnation you deserve.

It self evidently has nothing to do with saying Ron’s mismanagement equates with being a mass child murderer.

It is a relevant, current comparison and you can misrepresent it if you you wish but all your barbs will, as usual, be as pointless as they are factually incorrect. Knock yourself out.

That would be nice if true, assuming that theoretical dotted line is to close the deal. However, if the WUP's related debts aren't cleared and their proof gets us an adjournment, we'll be slapped with a 10 point deduction.

Does that mean the goalposts stop moving? Hope it's a buyout rather than investment, but beggers can't be choosers.
