If Ron’s not involved in financial decisions with regards to how the club is run then to be honest if he’s lurking in the background then it wouldn’t be the end of the world. Of course we want him gone fully, but if he’s not going to disrupt the day to day and the paying (or in his case not paying) of bills then the club will still feel like a new club.

I get that, but at the moment, we want a club to support past the 23rd August, and this maybe how we get it.

RM won’t be involved in the football side. He won’t have any say in the major decisions. He would retain shares, in this scenario (and I’m not saying this is definitely going to happen) which are just as useless ultimately as the shares many of us on here have.

If they’re useless why does he want them?

All we want is a well run football club. If someone owns 75% (or 70.8%) of the shares it is up to them to make it well run. Ron keeping a seat on the board to remind everyone daily on how FF is coming along won’t make much of a difference. Actually - and this will be controversial - but with 25 years experience in running a football club, despite his troubles, he may have some input. Of course a 75% owner can choose to ignore it.

Indeed and I doubt us fans will know much about it until some time later but things are moving in the right direction.

Definitely not a wind up. I mean you’ve got to think we wouldn’t have got Anna in that Twitter space if it wasn’t for Crate. I mean don’t get me wrong we are still in the mud but we’d be much deeper if it wasn’t for crate sharing information about what’s happening and how things stand. His making (I think) a documentary about all this for ALL of us to watch which I think will be a good watch. I mean don’t get me wrong yes I have been hyping him up, probably sniffing around him (if that’s the way to put it) but I don’t know him at all haven’t even met him, I would like to though just to say thank you. I only really reach out to him because I feel he holds key information (correct me if I’m wrong) but he literally works his a*** off for all of us.
