I was actually hoping he would get it but can see why they went with Ince, although if he does well they will lose him to a bigger club at the drop of a hat.

Lol no. Gillingham dont raise any emotions for me at all hence I would have been happy for Tilson to manage there as opposed to Orient or Col U.

After the port v game on Saturday I was listening to bbc Essex and Tilly came on the show talking about the game at Canvey. I found it incredibly sad that our ex, very loyal, talented manager is managing at this level... Why do you think he hasn't managed to get back into the football league. It wasn't that long ago that he was tipped to go to Norwich.
