The way I see it when Ron has his say and the council were obliging it'd be over quickly. Should it drag on and on I'd suspect Ron is struggling desperately to convince.

it is 45 mins since southend_aussies posted that the meeeting had started. Although maybe nothing in it but would have thought Cricko might have shed a little light on developments. He may not be able to to be fair but if he can I do find that slightly worrying.

I'm pretty sure you can't provide info on meetings until after it. Phones are meant to be off. At least that's what's happened to me when I went to meetings as a journo.
