Greater Anglia has put on 1 extra 4 coach train, but people have got fed up of waiting so are jumping the barriers

I think they will defer and get Ron to pin down exactly why the reduction to the town centre contribution makes the project financially viable. But that is just a guess really. You never really know, the Wembley factor may sway them (although they will not say this as it is not a material planning consideration) and they will be aware that time is running out for us and they could easily end up with nothing at all, so may take the £3.5m as at least it's up on the previous offer.

It's so tough to call.

I wonder if it's like other Government and Court schedules... everything they need to discuss is listed for the same time and it just depends whether (or not) they get round to it today.
