For what it's worth, I know acquiring qualified therapists for full-time positions can be difficult at the moment. Many have private work which would pay more than a club at our level can offer. As we have an Academy, there are also certain qualification criteria that must be met with expensive courses. Many will work with semi-professional clubs as they can combine the part-time work with their own work.
Of course it doesn't help that our reputation for paying staff, especially non-playing staff, is rather dubious!
