All the family's Debts in SUFC name only Assets is the odd player under contract if they can be sold for money.

Training Ground and Roots Hall Stadium all in Julie and Jack/Tom Martins name

Debentures and Charging Orders all set up and lodge with Land Registry

So any appointed Administrator cannot touch them under any Winding up or Administration.

I just hope Southend City Council block any development at Roots Hall and Fossetts Farm so that any Martin cannot benefit from killing our much loved local club Southend United FC

Matt Uggla was very careful with his words so as to avoid a libel claim from Ron Martin, but it is very clear where all the fault lies. He did say “I’m sure someone will come along and hopefully rescue the situation.”, I'll take some comfort from that for now.
