If this guy is a runner then he needs to make a statement to that affect. Get it out there and see it through and keep people updated with progress. We now sit on the edge of the abyss and from where I’m sitting if this gentleman can’t provide proof of funds then it ain’t happening. However, if a sale of assets is required to complete this deal then fine but keep people in the loop. We can all handle bad news but we can’t handle NO news.

Mind you if wages don’t get paid next week is curtains anyway. I’m just wondering whether that £80k paid direct to HMRC was actually earmarked to pay wages next week, if so we really are buggered.
