So no Nile Ranger last night then, thought he might have been on the bench at least.Hope this is the right thread for Ranger related queries.

Apparently he will have some part in today's closed door game against Ipswich.

Whatever, Tims has been very much involved in and around the club, attending non-first team games he didn't need to and all the signs are that he will be back in the next couple of weeks. I don't know why anyone would wish otherwise and hence no-one should be disappointed.

He was in the director's box last night chatting with Barrett.

Thought that was Horton's job when he's not down the dry cleaners collecting PB suits?

Crickey, you blokes with all the insiders knowledge! you do like to "Lord it Up" over us standard Echo & Twitter feed readers. Does he cut them into 1/4s or 1/8ths? Does he recycle the green/orange waste?

Some may wonder if he will ever be ready .Or he just another one who takes the wage for sitting on the treatment table .And we have had a few of them in the past .

I don't think thats the case with Nile. If you follow him on Twitter or Instagram you can see how desperate he is to get back out there

He seems to be behaving as well, his snapchats are very tame and it looks like he's bought/renting a place in the area. Who knows what he will be like when he is playing, doing well and earning more money again. I really hope it works out for him and he does well and he repays the faith we have shown in him. He has the potential to be a class above and could earn us a decent fee if we tie him down and he plays really well for us. He is one of the most exciting signings (potential wise) I think we've had for a very very long time.

Was at b & l today. training lasted 1 hour and included full contact mini matches - Nile took a full part in it. Only saw Timlin briefly as he walked from the main building into the physio's port-a-cabin.

I'm itching (not literally you understand) to see Ranger in some shorts on a footie pitch.
