NL Streaming Platform Launched

I have sent four emails to three different addresses, but no reply so far from any. Paid by debit card, anyone know if you can claim from bank?

So …. I think I’ll be giving this streaming lark a huge swerve!
Living here in The Isle of Lewis after nearly all my life in Southend. It's fantastic that the National League have done this streaming service. Not just for me, but the very many exiles scattered around the world!!!
I have asked for a refund but also praised the league for achieving the stream.
Having worked all around Europe most of my life. I found if you look after your customer and give them value for money, they keep coming back.I
This game was not, I repeat NOT what anyone paid for!!!

No. Hopefully you all get responses/refunds etc. Sounds like it was pretty rubbish.

No response here from messages sent to the email address, so much so I am posting on here which is something I have not done for many a year and sent another email to them requesting a response within 48 hours before I take it further.

This being either with bank or small claims court where I am prepared to pay the £35 fees just to claim back my £9.50 as their acknowledgment of the emails etc is not acceptable as this had become a matter of principal now. I did say that if I can get that ruled in my favour it will set precedent for paying back everyone who has been in contact.

No answer to my email sent on Wednesday so sent a follow up yesterday but again no response. As I paid by PayPal, I will take it up with them in the event of no response by Monday. The sheer lack of professionalism seems evident in every aspect of this service, launched without proper preparation and research. Having said that, on balance, coverage of most games has been fine but that's more down to individual clubs than the National League's overall administration of it.

Above replies all the more reason to get yourself a fire stick and get all matches home and away for free…..then when it’s cr ap most of the time at least it’s crap for free rather than £9.50

What's just as disappointing as emailing the world and his National League wife and getting zilch by way of acknowledgement, is the response on Twitter.
Nothing from Chris Phillips
Nothing from the National League (of course)
Nothing from Maidenhead United, and most disappointingly of all...
Nothing from Southend United - and all tweeted with screen grabs to official accounts.
That 'Help Line' when open later today, or on Tuesday is gonna get it!

E-mail I am sending at 3.00pm (feel free to copy) to nationalleaguelive@streamamg.com

Dear National League TV Stream,

I along with others have complained to you about the streaming service you provided for the Maidenhead United v Southend United match at 7.45pm on the 7th Feb 2023 which we all paid you £9.50 for.

Unfortunately you have failed to acknowledge any of these complaints made on your feed back link on the National League TV website, or directly to you by e-mail, and appear to have taken no action to address the issues raised or issued the necessary refunds.

The very poor stream was was acknowledged by Maidenhead United and Southend United (see twitters from both clubs attached)

As you are probably aware the steam cut out completely during the first half (Black screen) around 6 times, and was extremely poor quality and unwatchable (see attached screen shot attached)

Even thought the conditions at the ground were fine (see attached picture)

Please now as a matter of urgency acknowledge this e-mail and do the right thing and in the interests of goodwill issue full refunds to all those affected.

Failure to do this and we will all take this further and raise the matter with the relevant clubs and seek redress from the Credit Card companies by way of chargeback, or through Pay Pal.

Look forward to your favourable response.

Regards

The Big Dady

I’m not sure Chris Phillips should feel any obligation to get involved? The others I agree with, although not in the least bit surprised.

No obligation for Chris. It was the hope he would see a story and follow it up.
Minuscule in the current scope of things, but a filler down page, nonetheless.
I know; I've been there.
