NL Streaming Platform Launched

Just received a personal reply from Pitchero but didnt get me anywhere!!

Thanks for your email.

Your email has reached Pitchero, the software provider of the League's website only. National League TV uses a different service/platform and is therefore separate to Pitchero.

As such, you would need to contact the League or the streaming provider regarding your concerns.

As the email says, they have nothing to do with National League TV, they're saying "it's not us" because it really isn't them.

Pitch Hero run a lot of club websites (which might be why someone thought they were involved in the streaming as well) however the National League TV website is a separate site run by a completely different company (0111 Other Media for design and Stream ANG for the streaming itself) that have nothing to do with them.
 
Its a shame because the guy at Pitchero has sent me another wishing me good luck trying to sort it out!! If it was them Id feel they would have sortsed it without a problem.
That was followed by a survey request saying it matters to them how they did!
 
This is the NL office number in Birmingham. The next step is a call and so on:

So, I tried calling and, guess what? They don't have a phone reception.
The general public are advised by voice message to email a contact number and: "someone will be in touch shortly.."
We do really need to be out of this tinpot league - and yeah, I mean upwards.
 
That's the email address I sent mine to and, like everyone else, have had no reply.

I don't understand why the live stream was not provided by the same camera used for the highlights, located on the other side of the pitch. Does anyone have any idea why?
Not sure - but is it similar to Roots Hall - whose is the camera that's in shot when the stream camera is pointing to the north west corner?
 
No reply to my email either. It’s the fact they’ve decided to ignore (a lot) of us, which is ****ing me off.

Shame we can’t just send the boys round.

I didn't stream Tuesday's game as I was still annoyed about the response to the problems v. Bromley. I exchanged a number of e-mails with them and when I asked what the result of their 'investigation' was. they replied 'the stream was delivered we are sorry about the issue but we are not going to be refunding'. Dreadful attitude - you would think as a new service they would be looking to build up a customer base.

What you say is exactly what I got totally unacceptable response.I too didnt stream the Maidenhead game as I thought it would be similar to the Bromley debacle and went for the radio commentary instead.

I wonder what other supporters of other clubs experiences have been we cant be the only one
 
As I said we cant be the only fans getting short changed and fob off by the NL Streaming company,ignored by NL as well.
Wonder if there would be any mileage in contacting the Football Supporters Association they might take up our complaints and frustration on our behalf.
Or do we simply stop using the Streaming service completely?

Can't imagine why the NL would risk losing extra revenue by not acknowledging complaints?
I do know they have no phone receptionist at NL HQ in Birmingham; so speculate manpower is only available match days.
The service from Roots Hall has been good.
So, maybe it's the smaller clubs who can't provide what we expect from a live broadcast.
I think one more go at Halifax, and see what that brings?

Halifax is at home so should be ok,Notts and Torquay are away and as they are a much bigger clubs hopefully they to will be better,time will tell
