Compared to the last couple of years the stock has been brilliant, last seasons shirt is a limited edition in comparison. Good work seeing as the takeover has only been in effect for a matter of days.

Then returning crest fallen realising that he is simply a failed businessman that the city of Southend is laughing at, with only a mild curiosity if he actually gets out of the financial hole he has dug or if he ends up in prison. Meanwhile we march on with the Super Blues with ‘proper owners’ that actually know what their doing and have morals, honesty and passion

im not using anything as an excuse for anything.

I genuinely dont understand how anyone can be upset about this.

your acting like they got 30 shirts in and people were stomping around with pitchforks.

Nobody gets everything 100% right %100 of the time, especially people who have only been in the job for a couple of weeks combined with masses of unknowns and unpredictable factors.

I don't know why i'm even wasting my time replying as you seem to be the sort of person who takes offense very easily over not very much. But i suggest you let it go, we are all southend fans here.

Wait a day or so, buy a shirt, and enjoy the ride, seriously this is the best state our clubs been in in about 15 years.

It’s not an excuse. It’s a fact. Alongside people like Macron probably not wanting to make too many shirts due to uncertainty around it. They’ve probably been on standby to knock out another 500 over the weekend.

I do feel like you’ve over simplified everything in your own mind. So given where we are now, 800 shirts sold - how many of each size should be ready for tomorrow? I wouldn’t know where to start.

Of course it's a legitimate excuse. We didn't know if there was even going to be a Club and nor did Macron at the time the order would have gone in, and we had not had a "normal" season since before Covid because of boycotts and one thing and another, to gauge sales on. They are doing everything they can and getting more orders in frequently. People might want the new shirt straight away, but I think the vast majority who've missed out, are a lot more understanding about the situation than you seem to be.

Anyone can take advantage of these discounts, not just Southend fans.

The 40% is available if you purchase three or more days in advance and this allows you to save 40% on Off-Peak Return tickets. The kids for £2 runs through the year on weekends and school holidays.

As far as I'm aware there are no supporter specific deals to be had.
