German police leaked their arrest report...these arrests indicated that since the mass influx of immigrants into Germany there has been 400,000 arrests for crimes ranging from pick pocketing ,rape,drug wars,shootings and murder....the 400k were all recent immigrants.

I read it on FB(not very reliable normally)...just google it there is plenty of stuff.
The article stated there were 157,000 arrests last year and 210,000 this year up to October!...why do you think simple maths cannot be right?
Assume 10% of the mass influx committed 4 crimes each...these crimes could range from urinating in public to shoplifting.
Sadly the maths work very easily.

The most recent (2013) stats I could find through official sources put Germany's crime statistics at around 5.9 million offences each year, so what you're effectively alleging is that immigrants have been responsible for a circa 7% increase in crime. Doesn't it strike you as odd that such an unprecedented annual increase in crime would go unreported, other than on a post you've seen on Facebook?

2013 isn't much good as the influx began 2015.
The story was leaked by German police federation..I believe it anyway.

I don't think Mrs b is claiming an increase on crime figures overall... purely on migrant crime with in those figures.
If you only use one years worth of figures as you have, without a fair comparison vs other years, we cannot really reach any reasonable conclusions as to what type of crime is being committed or who by.
What I would suggest has happened is that the overall level of crime is broadly unchanged and through 2013/4/5 the figures are around the 6 million mark year on year.
However migrant crime has increased within that figure of 6 million, and certainly the figure of 400 k put forward by Mrs b is correct. ...though in my opinion misused and she has drawn conclusions that are wholly incorrect purely based on her figure of 400 k....as she attributes this number to a range of crimes rather than a single crime which is whats actually happened.

The piece stated various crimes which I described,The German Government are trying their hardest to cover up the mini crime wave,even insisting that police reports do not use the word "rape"...One police force refused in the case of a student raped by 3 men..the men all Afghan were arrested and seemingly "vanished" from the town in question...very odd.
Police officers admitted they feared arresting any migrants because the officers are abuse assaulted and spat on,the culprits are always let off at the police station without any charge,these arrests are not part of the 400,000...this figure relates to arrest and charged with whatever crime.
