Breaking News Matt Harrold

I TELL YOU WHAT, I'm a bit ****ing embarrassed to be a Southend fan currently with the amount of abuse that Harold is getting on twitter. I'm not that happy about the fact he should have been sent off. But for god sake.

Do you suffer from a split personality?:whistling:

1. Harold should have been sent off for an elbow.
2. Harold handled the ball atleast 4 times BLATANTLY today, once resulted in a goal.
3. Harold you never ever scored a goal like that for us, why?
4. You celebrated infront of the west stand, after fouling and probably putting our best player out for what looks like a long time.

To be fair Cricko he's not abusing Harrold there.

I know Rich, I was just showing some of the reasons that Harrold was maybe being abused....the fact Dave who posted them in the first place was wondering why he was getting abuse kinda tickled me ...and I like putting him on the spot for his girlie hair.:winking:

Just to let all southend fans caning me know spoke to ben the physio the nutter has a sprain not a break and it was not done in my tackle

There was a coin thrown from just behind us Lee.

If confirmed then that is disgraceful behaviour and I hope the perpetrator is identified and dealt with accordingly.

As I said about the alleged racist comment the other night whoever is responsible has no place at Roots Hall and I would not like to think of SUFC and its supporters being associated with such actions. I certainly have no wish to be associated with any person who would wish to bring that behaviour into a football ground and I would hope no-one on here would want to be either. We all have extreme emotions at a game, I certainly do, but this is completely out of order regardless of any supposed provocation.

Corr should of learnt off Harrold today a lesson in how to play that front man role. He was twice the player Corr was. Why He couldn't play like that when he was with us I'll never know.

Totally agree, unfortunately, I never saw this type of performance when he was in a Southend shirt

He was a right nuisance today. Was always going to be a good player at this level, don't forget he was with us in Championship and League One. I don't begrudge him milking it a bit and those who do need their heads read. He never got a fair crack of the whip here with the fans and unfortunately it was poetic justice today. It's not like Leon Cort, who was revered and then deliberately celebrated in front of us. I don't think I'll ever agree with Captain Birdseye again (I certainly never have before) but he does have a point, for once.

Whatever happened to Mohsni clearly happened well after his incident with Harrold, which I didn't see.

I'd still rather have Corr though. He may have been poor today but he's got more goals than Harrold in a team that has been struggling for much of the season.

i dont know what game some people were wathcing today! Harold should have got a red card for a very obvious lead with an elbow early on and then continued to get away with fouls all game. Cannot believe people are trying to excuse his nasty stab on Moshni (which may well cost us) because "he had a bad time" when he was here last. He was **** when he was with us and now seems like a nasty ginger ****ing **** now.

Exactly, I didn't hear anything bad directed at him until after he'd set his stall out with the elbowing of Barker. Always was a petulant little **** and the "Ginger Ninja" can FRO if he thinks he deserved better.

If it is a muscle injury then yes. My suspicion is it was caused by Harrold. I've fractured a bone in my foot before. The challenge that caused it was 10 minutes before I collapsed on the pitch in agony.

And it never stopped you from becoming such a goal scoring predator.

There is no doubt it was Harrolds constant fouling and kicking of Moshni that caused the injury. Disregard this he was very physical (something he never was with us), had at least 3 hand balls and should have had a red card for at least one tackle.
Disgraceful!!
