Y'know, I'm really sorry if some posters think I was being hypocritical, biased or prejudiced in anyway in defending Bilel Mohsni on this thread BUT I didn't see him doing anything other than being competitive. I didn't see him assault anyone, I didn't see him cause anyone unnecessary injury, I didn't see him commit the offence of handball several times, I also didn't see him playing at anything less than whole heartedly. The only times he showed anger/passion was when he was on the wrong end of one of Harrold's "moves". Now I can compare Harrold to Corr, I know Corr can back in, I know he can jump into players a bit, I know he can make his presence felt but I really don't think he does anything like we saw from Harrold. I'm still shocked at the elbow on Barker, it really was blatant, right level with us, and then followed up by the off the ball attack on Mohsni which was bang in front of us. Just thuggish and not a quality I'd want to see in any player of ours...and before anyone throws Macca into the equation anymore than has been done already, I know he used to be a bit "norty" but really don't recall him ever having been the perpetrator of so much bad stuff in one single game, and I certainly don't remember him ever elbowing anyone in the face.

The camera doesn't always tell the truth! I don't think that was quite the way it looks, and I certainly don't think it was a conscious decision....unlike those I mentioned on Saturday.

I shouldnt bother oldbluelady some on here have decided that Harrold can do no wrong. He was a dirty thug who was out to wind the crowd up, and to those who keep on about why shouldnt he when he was getting abuse from the crowd my point was that no way was he getting any abuse until he started being a dirty nasty player. Oh and the other excuse was he had a hard time when he was here well its a shame he didnt put a bit of effort in when he was here then perhaps he wouldnt have had such a hard time. Yes he was out of his depth in the championship at best he is league two and should never have been put in that position but we paid our money and expected better then he offered.

Tilson obviously expected better, but at the time we signed him i dont recall anyone on here getting excited. The only comments posted were regarding his crap performance down here for Yeovil, and his hand gesture to the west stand that day.
I also recall that Yeovil fans were amazed that a club had paid money for him because they thought he was grade 1 cack.

I saw MH on a train a while back. He was a complete ****head.

As for his performance on sat, if it were a player who we had never heard of he would have been slated for the elbow, handball and assault on bilel. Should have been sent off before his wondergoal.

Yellow card for hand ball in setting up their first goal.
Great finish for his goal - never saw that when he played for us.
Won most balls in the air - torrid time for barker (even discounting the elbow)
Very strong player - never saw that whilst he was with us.

Surely the last thing anyone can accuse Harrold off when he was here was a lack of effort...? Lack of ability, maybe. Lack of confidence, definitely.

- Harrold clearly handled the ball in the run up to the first goal, and it was arm to ball too. Nothing accidental about that - he had plenty of time to get his arm out of the way and didn't. Yellow card, free kick defence. How did the ref not see it? Could understand lino not seeing it, as he could have been blind sided by Harrold's body.

I was sitting directly in line with the handball incident. The lino could have seen it easily if he'd actually been watching the game, which he didn't for about 80% of it. I watch him closely after that and he was looking everywhere except the pitch. ****ing useless officials Saturday, OK so we wouldn't have won, but they've got a job to do too and they simply weren't up to it. IMHO Harrold was just a complete thug and played on the officials lack of vigilance.

Totally unrelated I was amused to see Lincoln fans views of Drewe on 606 are on a par with ours. I'll have a fiver lined up for him as 1st scorer next month.
