Yeah that's right, your getting the hang of this spinning thing aren't you. For those of you who actually listen, he suggested that HIV sufferers shouldn't be allowed into the country to receive free NHS treatment. Repatriation has never been mentioned, is not a party policy and never will be. Wrong party you see and UKIP doesn't let their members join, but I believe your lot aren't quite so fussy.
Not in the slightest, he did not talk about people who come here knowing they have HIV, he refered to people that are already here but he distinguished between nationalities as to who should be treated. The only logical conclusion to what he said is that foreigners who are here and then diagnosed with HIV should be refused treatment or repatriated - he didn't state which was his preferred option.

'There are 7,000 diagnoses in this country every year for people who are HIV positive......Sixty per cent of them are not British nationals......what we need to do is put the NHS there for British people'

So you quote Farage, who never mentions repatriation....then choose to ignore what he says.
His opinion is that as far as the NHS is concerned the British people (you know the ones that pay for it) should come first.
So why lie?

It is if you have your own Ukip hating agenda.

Do you not realise that the more you lie and try to silence the more determined a lot of people are to vote Ukip.

And back to the topic, clearly a Cameron win. He sat back and let the others dig their own graves. From the filmed walking in the studio and throughout, he was the only one who looked and felt like a PM.

Miliband was ridiculously staged. Regardless of what he said, the message to the public would have been - *exagerated turn to camera* - if I'm prime minister... Appaling presentation skills and a half assed attempt at using NLP. Without charisma, it looks worse than honest communication.

Clegg - the pacifier, but went against decisions he stood by in government.

Bennett - hippy lady

Sturgeon - a sweaty bobblehead

farage - some good points, which are in fact the same as the others are claiming, just presented less tactfully, which will count against him.

Plaid Cymru - forgot her name which says it all.
This is a joke right? An attempt at satire?

Cameron won in terms of his strategy - used his position to veto any real debate by swamping the one show he agreed to do with so many people he gets limited airtime / scrutiny then hope Farage is outrageous so he can slip under the radar. Putin would be envious of such a scheme.

No need to lie - he made a statement on national TV. You explain the ending to me then - a foreigner in the UK is diagnosed with HIV but Farage wants the treatment to be for the British - what is the outcome? I can't see any other ends to Nigel's story than the two I mentioned. Please enlighten me.

It would appear conclusively from Thursday's debate that Farage is incapable of reaching out beyond UKIP's current levels of support (around 15%) and appealing to a wider section of the electorate.

All he's capable of doing is preaching to the converted, ie to people like you.

Actually, you'll find that Christians make up about 12% of the Syrian population.

I can't find any precise figures for the ethnic origin of Syrian refugees but I'd imagine that the vast majority are in fact Muslims.

Fortunately, (for me),I've no idea whether the "average UKIP candidate" is informed or not about racial diversity.Though I can certainly remember a UKIP counsellor stating that she didn't like people with " negroid features."

Incidentally,if you can find any post of mine where I've called any UKIP candidate "racist" (without justification) I'd be interested to see it.

I'd tread very carefully with some of your recent comments if I was you.

How about we use the money on our own patients regardless of illness?

If paying for foreigners medical bills is important to you AAS, why not set up a charity and donate money directly into it?

Whilst both Muslims an Christians are fleeing the conflict, its the later who have been targeted for 'special treatment' such as crucifixion or being burned alive by ISIS. Some of whom are British born and funded. So for that reason the refugee percentage of Christians is higher than 12%.

As for your other comment about wanting proof that Arabs don't consider themselves as white. Sounds to me like your digging deeper and deeper in your uninformed hole!!

This country denies certain cancer patients medication due to the high cost yet offer the full bifta for anybody stumbling into this country with HIV.

Something wrong somewhere.

Farage wants to stop 'Health Tourism' so he obviously does not want people who clearly know they have HIV or any other illness arriving in Britain and getting 'suddenly' diagnosed

A Cypriot guy I know admitted his own NHS scam to me. He arranged for his father, who did not want to pay for a heart operation in Cyprus, to come for a holiday. Two days into his British Holiday he went to Hospital in an ambulance with a heart problem. Dad ended up staying and having a very expensive heart op.

So my Question to you *** is where do stand on Health Tourism ?

Any particular comments you have in mind?

Hell yes, you see when you make a challenge, some of us might just take it up. Here's a few snippets to get your teeth into.

You don't seem to have any issue with George Galloway being matey with Holocaust denial as I recall.

Looks like UKIP will be losing the Jewish vote.
http://www.theguardian.com/politics/...t-iwaszkiewicz

Just remind us all on Galloways general feelings of the Jewish faith would you.

Back on topic, I see that Robert Iwaszkiewicz thinks that men hitting their wives can "help them come back down to earth."

You can probably guess where this is going but what the hey, good old George seemed to have some rather unsavory views on women, care to comment?

You got all defensive last week over Galloway but seem to delight in accusing UKIP of indulging in everything good old George has defended in the past. Remind me again, who's the hypocrite?

Oh, and by the way, Farage has never used the phrase 'coloured' but if he ever did I trust you will be on here quick smart to defend him.

I was interested to see from the SZ poll on this thread, that 9 people (ie 28% of the sample ), voted for Farage as the "winner" of the leaders debate.

That ,of course,is way above UKIP's current rating in the opinion polls (14%).

4 of those UKIP supporters have had the courage to argue their case here (and elsewhere).A 5th has a photo of Farage as his avator (and would therefore also seem to be a supporter).

I wonder if some of the others might like to take this opportunity to crawl out of the woodwork and declare their support for UKIP publicly,as well?

How do you know who voted in the poll or indeed who supports UKIP or not.

Waving your right to reply I see. Nothing new there then. There you go making assumptions again, I voted for no overall winner and it's well known that I'm a card carrying member of UKIP.

Ah, I see the mysterious editing has reared it's head again. Whats good for the goose obviously isn't for the gander it would seem.
