Not in the slightest, he did not talk about people who come here knowing they have HIV, he refered to people that are already here but he distinguished between nationalities as to who should be treated. The only logical conclusion to what he said is that foreigners who are here and then diagnosed with HIV should be refused treatment or repatriated - he didn't state which was his preferred option.Yeah that's right, your getting the hang of this spinning thing aren't you. For those of you who actually listen, he suggested that HIV sufferers shouldn't be allowed into the country to receive free NHS treatment. Repatriation has never been mentioned, is not a party policy and never will be. Wrong party you see and UKIP doesn't let their members join, but I believe your lot aren't quite so fussy.
