John Terry and the 'unacceptability of racism'

From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Golden_Rule

Golden Rule
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
(Redirected from The Golden Rule)
Not to be confused with the Golden Law or the Golden ratio.

Only pulling your plonker though. Not even close to OBL getting her ten commandments wrong, which is easily looked up
And from that same wiki page:
"As a concept, the Golden Rule has a history that long predates the term "Golden Rule" (or "Golden law", as it was called from the 1670s)."

Let's just blame Wikipedia for being misleading.

Oh **** off the pair of you condescending buggers! You know full well what I meant and it IS still Biblical, and I'll remind you of another saying...

because one day you'll be someone else's!

Another amusing part of the trial when Ashley cole was giving evidence,

Prosecution: You used to play for Arsenal; the crowd doesn't make any noise athe Emirates, do they?

Cole: I would say Loftus Road is not as loud as the Emirates.

Prosecution: Let's not get involved with that.

Cole: You're the one who brought it up!

No because we have had a week long trial that has cost the tax payer i would think in excess of £100k for an offence that carries a maximum sentence of a £2.5k fine. Should never of seen a court room

Possibly, but it wasn't you that made the comment which seemed to imply that the verdict determined whether or not the trial was a waste of money.

so if Terry could have appealed a guilty verdict which the papers say he could can Ferdinand appeal this verdict?

He would have to make a seperate application and come up with something new, not used in the original trial that could be sufficient for the original verdict to be overturned. I would say an appeal from either side is highly unlikely
