Jeremy Corbyn's Labour

Whilst I agree with you, it is, I can't help feeling it would achieve what exactly? It's not going to endear JC to the electorate if that's his ploy. His out of date socialist political views have seen to that no matter what he say's or plans to say.

I'm not a great believer in public apologies as a general rule.

However,in this particular case, there's no doubt that Labour lost millions of supporters because of Iraq.

If an apology helps to bring (some of) them back, that's fine with me.

It's not an accident that EM was elected leader (partly because he wasn't in Parliament at the time) and JC's oppostion to the war means he's not tainted in the way that AB and YC are.

Burnham cries foul !

Brother Andy is convinced there has been mass Tory voting within the leaders election,Burnham was almost crying and stamping his feet with threats of court action if he loses the election.

Desperate indeed.

A BuzzFeed journalist succeeded in registering his cat to vote in the election earlier. The whole thing just gets more farcical every day. And people wonder why they got battered at the general election. Ed Miliband's lasting legacy to Labour will be changing the membership rules so that anyone can pay £3 and vote for the leader.

Why on earth are some of you getting so hysterical at the Leadership race? Surely if Corbyn wins you will be exceedingly happy, so why the rants?

As stated above, the main ones getting hysterical here are Burnham and Cooper(mainly Burnham ) You might be mixing a few of us up with 'wallowing in the farce and misery' And who said politics was dull in the summer.

But maybe they are allowed to get a little bit hysterical as at least they have vested interest in the outcome.

Oh come on bloke, millions across the country are having a merry old giggle at Labour's expense, why not join in the fun:winking:

I pray JC does win which guarantees Labour into the wilderness for yonks, fancy a strike brother:hilarious:

If you are as apolitical as you insist, I just don't get why you are so desperate to see a political party collapse. It's not as if they can do any harm based on your assessment of them. As for millions having a giggle, I doubt it very much. Most of the adult population of this country couldn't give a monkeys what happens in the Labour election.

I get what you are saying but I feel the pair of them are acting like spoilt children. Milliband, rightly or wrongly, changed the voting process and it's looking increasingly likely that Corbyn is going profit from the new system. Suddenly, it doesn't suit Burnham and Cooper and both are throwing paddy fits. I can see neither of them excepting the outcome if Corbyn wins and calling for a re run. Not very democratic in my opinion and seems to give out the spoilt brat image.
