SUFC: The Future It's DONE! COSU Own The Club.

Our hopes and visions for the rebirth of Southend United, plus any plans published by the consortium for discussion
No. They said this before, even possibly at the Cliffs. The board would be a smaller group but may then change in time if they need a specific person/skill.
They may well still have a say via voting control (through COSU FC) which is now listed as the PSC of SUFC.

Interesting that Justin and Jason Brown listed as main PSC’s on COSU FC - so I assume they have input the most cash to the deal.

There's 6 members on the board, has the number of COSU members reduced from 11 or is this simply a formality?
They're all shareholders in COSU, but not all on the board of SUFC. They covered it at the Cliffs evening and said they might rotate some of them in and out, for example if they have a need for some hands-on expertise in an area that one of the guys on the sidelines is experienced in.
