SUFC: The Future It's DONE! COSU Own The Club.

Our hopes and visions for the rebirth of Southend United, plus any plans published by the consortium for discussion
Surely Southend United Football Club Limited will no longer trade. There will be 2 companies running the Club, COSU and POSU.
The license is in the name of Southend United Football Club Limited, players contracts are in the name of it etc. It will very much continue to trade.

What changes is the owner of the majority of shares in that entity.

Turned it on just as jr said is going Gillingham game . So right at the end was anything else interesting said?
Nothing we didn't know.

Just a brief chat with JR & Tom and them saying:

How happy and relieved they are.
The last month was the most jeopardy the deal was in.
Thanking staff/fans/groups.
Real work starts now.
More players incoming.
Long lease on RH for £1.
Can do what they want to RH.
JR will be at Gills game.

All eyes on Companies House over the next few days. SUFC Ltd's Confirmation Statement (which confirms the shareholders of a business) is overdue. I suggest this due to the fact there are imminent changes to it
