A professional football who's natural posistion is right back doesn't know how to defend? AGREED he makes mistakes but so do the best players in the world. No wonder players who are any good **** off when they can. Our support for OUR players is criminal.

We are southend not Inter Milan. Francis has been and hopefully will continue to be a commited and useful league 1 player for southend united.

The fact the some would LOVE to see him goes shows a lack of respect for a good servant, something that is few and far between at our club and real poor understanding of how tough things are behind the scenes not mention football in general.

Our midfield has been ****ing woeful this season. How many assists/goals do they have between them? Does macca moussa grant JCF Laurent get that much stick? No

But yet somehow a player who carries the midfield forward and shows them what to do in nose bleed territory gets hammered.
The Barretts and Francis's are and will continue to be gold dust between now and the end of the season.

• How many 30 yards balls did Herd put in on Saturday ?
