It all kicked off in Warsaw tonight. obviously the Poles and Russians don't like each other anyway but at the Fanzone it was the Poles vs the Police. Never been tear gassed before!

The Dutch are back in this...

ETA: No, they're not. Looks like our first favoured team is heading out.

They've still got a(small) chance of qualifying.Hugely talented quad but a nightmare in terms of management.
In any case after their(and Russia's) first match I revised my pre-tournament prediction for Russia to bag a SF slot in their place.
Germany are looking good to win the thing at the minute but I imagine Spain will be enlivened by their meeting with Eire tomorrow.
What were your pre-tournament predictions btw?:winking:
(Obviously if you didn't forecast anything, you can't be in the wrong. That hardly gives you the right to knock other peoples "guessestimates" though. Some people.Tsk,tsk).:finger2:

Where is Eire?

Very impressed with Germany last night, they look certain finallists already. Gomezs two goals were top notch. Holland have created so many chances in both games, I wonder if RVP is a bit fatigued after carrying Arsenal all season. Defensively they look suspect.
