Hold on lb im following on twitter and commenting based on what info i have and SO far no one has said anything positive

I know what you're doing. All I'm saying is that not everyone has spoken. So at the moment we don't really know how the land lies, and as has been mentioned before, people with more to say tend to be the ones that are against something. (Remember all the Nimby's who didn't want us to get planning permission in the first place? They were a very loud minority.)

I know I'm clutching at straws (I even said so) but let's see how it transpires...

I call that a no score draw. Doesn't do anyone any favours. At least it wasn't thrown out I suppose...

Wasn't it in the plans that we would start work in Spring 2013?

Shows the council have had enough and are finally pushing back, and who can blame them.

What a pigs ear Ron has made of this.

Indeed. Although it should be pointed out that, as far as I'm aware, this was only about the amount we should pay as part of the S106 agreement. Therefore we still have planning permission.

What we therefore need is someone to stump up £4m, and accept that they won't have any say in the project, or benefit in any way from it, and we're sorted. That shouldn't be too difficult.

Looks like we need another CEO then .....

"Good morning how can I help you?"

"Hello this is Ron Martin, can I speak Mr J Sainsburys please"
