Cllr John Lamb says @SouthendBC can't keep accepting lower and lower s106 proposals and stadium shouldn't be built at any cost to town.
 
These ***** need to realize that this is a special case and that the towns football club depends on this I would say

Cllr Liz Day (Con) says she doesn't think the developers can afford the S106 contribution and the decision should be deferred
 
This is not looking good for Ron at all - councillors of all colours lining up to say they're not happy - add Crystall, Hadley, Grimwade and Day to those not happy to rubber stamp the amended plans
