Absolutely over the moon. I knew it would be "conditional exchange" for now rather than full completion just yet, but I had lost a little hope when nothing was announced on Friday like I expected. All three parties need the permission over Fossetts to happen, so you'd be forgiven for thinking that it'd take something monumental to **** it all up now.

Huge debts of gratitude to everybody who has been involved in pushing this along and getting it to the finish line.

Kev said in his post match interview at Kiddie that nothing could be done before the next game.

He's hopeful that they can negotiate to get one of the "right" players in they want after that but other clubs don't necessarily want to let them go at this time of the year. He mentioned fans wanting a influx of players but they wont bring in just a body & he said they've missed out on dozens of possible targets.

This squad, with as you say up to 3 reinforcements, could well get into the playoffs and maybe, just maybe, gain promotion. Any more newcomers right now could spoil the team spirit which is clearly there.

I think we only want to bring in players we really want here/ so 2-3 from the whiteboard now at least fills the bench and then we can see about a couple more a bit later

Reckon Moreton and Waldron are two most likely to come In. If all goes to plan I think Wednesday the embargo will be lifted and these two at least will join as a start. So fingers crossed
