From what I've heard, the lady is not for leaving, they'll have to send the bailiffs in to evict her! The Tories may be nasty, divided and incompetent but they're not downright bloody stupid, they won't elect Rees-Mogg as leader, when they eventually manage to winkle May out. Unless I'm having problems from this distance, understanding the British Constitution, Trotsky-Corbyn (sic) can't demand a General Election. Apart from that............everything else is possible..

Flag waving nationalists are a problem in any country. Your comparisons of racism between the UK and Latvia have no basis on any measurable level of course and therefore are completely meaningless. I deplore racism wherever it exists and personal attacks on one's integrity are frankly no way to conduct a debate if you expect to be taken seriously.

Reckon Fossets will get approved before a Brexit deal, and that’s about the state of things

Surely, IF any deal is struck (approved?) May is extremely tough skinned, obstinate and determined. It's in her genes to see this through as 'a duty to the country.' However, with all her failings, I do see her as honourable and for that reason believe she will quickly resign when (if) she fails to get her deal through parliament.

Don’t get me wrong, I actually think her efforts are admirable, and at times I feel sorry for her.

And yes, she must be all of those things, and is at times Thatcheresque in her resilience.

Somethings gotta give though, guess we’ll see in time.

that's a misnomer, there never can or will be a successful Brexit...................it can never happen. Whereas, unlikely it may seem at times, Fossetts has some chance of success...... it's at least a realistic dream.

Let’s have a little look at Latvia shall we.
For a start you have some strange rules over Citzenship so some people who were born there stil can’t vote.

Obviously you have far less Africans or Asians in your country. Just like most of Eastern Europe, there is discrimination against Ethnic minorities and gay people. Compared to Britain women have less rights.....

Historically it was a great place for the SS to recruit...They specialised in following up the German army into Russia. Whole villages were raped and murdered.

So if you want reasoned debate, you should stop sneering at others as you do in every arrogant post.

As for your take on Rigsby’s post being nonsense, I’d like to point out that during my short experience of Latvia, and meeting the locals, I learned quickly that they were not shy in expressing their racist views about Africans & Asians.
