Question What is making you happy today?

Cyclists on the road without lights on the dark winter mornings & evenings.

With all the dazzling headlights one often can’t pick out the narrow silhouette of a cyclist moving through traffic, they really do take their lives in their own hands.

Had a very near miss this morning with a lightless cycle creeping up my near side in the dark & I like to think I’m a considerate driver who uses mirrors etc.

Please wear some form of reflective clothing or back pack and have decent front & rear lights to be seen.

Cyclists/drivers please look out for each other.👍

(Seems I post more on here than the ‘Happy’ thread. I’ve become a right moany old git these days 😆)

9 readings and carols service at Holy Trinity church, Rayleigh this evening. It's been 48 years and our wedding day since we were last there. Enjoyable and Just a bit cathartic to return.

The Catholic church has changed.

I thought you were just happy they were on the road rather than the footpath.
