Saw a great mate (and ex-colleague who's been let out of hospital -where he has been treated for cancer since March - at home earlier.Last time -back in June -he only lasted 48 hours as 1 of his 2 dogs,presumably a bit over-happy to see him bit him on the arm.This time round he's been out since Monday and is looking in good shape.The dogs look in good nick too.

Had to pick the drunken Mrs and mate up from Benfleet station this evening so took the opportunity to give the car horn a proper work out at the top of Essex Way.

Had my Covid jab at lunchtime, Pfizer this year according to the Pharmacist. So far so good, although expecting to wake up with an aching arm, as before, in the morning!.
Flu jab next Tues at another Pharmacy, after that no problems.....?.
