Question What is making you happy today?

A launch was scheduled for the day before we went to KSC, but was delayed to the same day because of weather. We were very excited, until it was again also because of the weather!

We saw one when on Cocoa Beach in 1982, an experience never forgotten.
A few mins later, when walking back to our Hotel, we were initially surprised by this almighty noise which hit us. It was the noise of the shuttle which took that long to travel back!.

Thanks everyone, cannot believe it. Got an email from them and it started with thank you for attending the interview... I read that as a notification and thought the worst. It was a really nice email and said they really liked me and thought I was perfect for the job. Absolutely over the moon. They want me to start at the start of November. The next challenge is getting my current employers to release me!

Well done.

I am still waiting but should I get the position I have a three month notice period I need to wriggle out of.

So I had my DNA analysed last year but held out on the health report side of things due to the price. They reduced it dramatically so I bought it....and (hopefully) it's incredibly accurate in terms of a few things (minor health ailments, body size etc) and amazingly stops me worrying about having genetic markers for other serious diseases (Alzheimeirs/Parkisons/some types of cancer). Also I'm not a carrier of any ailments so good news for MK Jnr.

You simply spit into a test tube and wait. I've discovered I have over 1200 relatives as well, the vast majority in the US.

My eldest son who lives in NY, got this for me 2 years ago, as a Birthday pressie ( somewhat cheaper out there ). I was very sceptical at first.
As you say, it was surprisingly factual. He had his done a few months later, again with mostly factual results re hair colouring, skin tone & many other details & facts.
