That was my 1st thought. Turns out she had no intention of reporting him to HR she was just winding him up. A screenshot got leaked somehow and before they knew it the email was all over the market and the world.
Now the girl is the subject of a lot of abuse, all because it got out and the scrutiny the Lloyds market is under meant Guy Carp had to act.
Feel sorry for both parties, apparently they are friends and its all got well out of hand.

From my very limited experience if this guy is a star performer then he may keep his job.

I knew a few people who weren't and they didn't. Saved the firms involved a hefty bit of redundancy as well.

Someone I know in NR got caught looking at, ahem, sexual activity between a woman and a creature that usually runs in the Grand National. He was initially sacked (obviously) but HR made a ****-up on the process he had to be re-instated. Still works at Stafford as far as I know.

Back to happy things - lovely day out in London celebrating the 50th birthday of the fourth and last of our baby group girls - made us all realise she was the same age when she had her first as ours all are now...25!

Anyway, her choice of things...Madame Tussauds, as she's never been, then champagne afternoon tea at The Royal Horseguards Hotel. Perfect day, apart from the drizzly rain in London.

The guy is properly unhinged, so I wouldn’t actually rule out the possibility of him committing murder via a live stream.

Nor will I rule out the possibility of him getting gattered up one night, and admitting to the Ron & Nicole killings.
