Magpies. We have a pair of them nesting in the tree outside our house and they just don't shut up with their constant chattering day and night. Couple that with their dive bomb raids on any cat that dares to come near the tree, and I will be very glad when they have finished nesting and buggered off.

And just like that, our house is sold again! now the stress and pain really begins!
Yes, good luck. I'm a firm believer that things happen for a reason, if you get the price right, it's really very easy to sell in SE Essex at the moment! That's why there's so many agents seeming to do well, the skill comes in the after sales care, holding the chain together and keeping everything sweet! That's something the online ones aren't so good at, especially if you use their own conveyancers.

Fingers crossed everything goes smoothly for you now.

Aye, we've got a family of crows that are nesting close by - remarkably (or annoyingly, depending on your point of view) when they start up it's like a fleet of ruddy Tesco vans all reversing at the same time.....

Thank you, our current place is leasehold with Firstport who are utterly useless at communication but i'm hoping with many emails sent most days, they will sort things out quickly - not got my hopes up!

Hmmm....yes, good luck, First port are generally ****e to deal with - they run most of the retirement blocks around here as well, including where my M-I-L is, so many rows with them!

Horrible little bugs mating on my windows for the past week or so, really had enough of these orgies now!
I have so much respect for what you're saying. And the fact the dirty little critters fornicate in front of your very eyes instead of hiding under a leafy bush is down to one man, and one man alone. David Attenborough.

All this talk about Sam Ryder expected to do well in the Eurovision Song contest final this weekend. Wake up people saying this. It's highly political. Has been for years. Despite us trying singers such as Englebert and Bonnie Tyler, because they are really popular in Europe. Even that didn't work. We won't finish in the top half, let alone win it, no matter how good our song and performer is. Ukraine will win it no matter how bad their song is. No problem with that under the circumstances. At least Ukraine won't be giving their big bully relatives Russia, maximum points like they normally do.

I can't watch that ****e, You could have Adele singing and she'd still get zero points by everyone.

It's so political, I don't know why the UK bothers, it's a waste of time.Is it because the UK is the music Capital of the World, Christ knows, but they don't like us.
