Vince Cable stating how bad the Gov's proposed trade laws, did not hear him talking about this when he was in coalition .
Also in the news MPs expenses fiddling (again and again)

I hate being stood up. Especially as I'm one of those upset eater types. At this rate I'll be a consistent 13 stone...

I'm not, just getting fed up with all the crap. Found a perfect job a few days back too, but the laptop's so slow and stupid, every time I try and send the email with my cover letter and cv, it just sits there Not Responding me until I get fed up with it. And it can't open Word.

Hope you get a decent job and earn enough money to get a new computer, at least you are trying.

Can you use your local library computers in the mean time ?

Here, I had a very unpleasant procedure in July at MK Hospital. Fortunately everything look good, but they took some biopsies and now it seems all trace of my visit has gone missing and I get passed from pillar to post for any response.

Shambles.

That clearly isn't acceptable, and you should raise it via the complaints procedure for your hospital/trust if you so wish.

Sadly the pressures on the NHS are having a real impact on the care they are able to provide (see my earlier post). There doesn't look to be a light at the end of then *cough* tunnel *cough*:winking:

Don't worry mate I will, though if I cark it early Mrs MK will be a rich woman.......

long story short
Fit new bathroom and shower cubicle- door doesn't shut
Spend entire day trying to sort it out (lots of swearing and trying to use 'the force' to make it work
wife says im useless and we agree to get our plumber to help (he needs to plumb in other stuff anyway I tell myself )
we decide that the floor is moving (which is is- slightly 5mm in corner )
Decide shower tray is not 100% square in all directions (bubble is in the marks on spirt level, but not dead centre) - (we realsie this is because of the floor moving when weight applied)
take shower cubicle apart
take out bottom row of freshly laid new tiles (one breaks ffs)
take out shower tray
reinforce floor
put back shower try
measure-everything 100% (not 99% but 100% ) flat and level
re tile
put back shower cubicle
ITS NOW WORSE
adjust where possible- still crap
Getting desperate -Take out cubicle glass- measure panels to make sure square , measure curved door to make sure it is square
phone manufacturer who asks for loads of photos

They ask me to measure top rail (the only thing we have not measured)

top rail is buckled!

I have wasted three xxxxxing days on this with my father in law , and have paid a plumber for a days work - and we had it right from the start !

dont know if to laugh or cry. Manufacturer sending us a new rail

I've got an elderly neighbour who's tone deaf, so much so that I can hear her TV through the walls at night. Not so much it disturbs us and she goes to bed early so all good. However today, she accuses me of making noise at night and day that keeps her awake - now I don't, and she the threatened to get the Enviromental Health people involved. After calming her down, and saying that next time she hears it, give me a knock or call and I'll investigate.

This is also combined with the fact that she loudly bangs doors, yells and shouts and swears like a trooper.

So, a bit concerned, I ring up Age Concern, who advise that I should ring MK Council and report them. The useless ****tard I speak too doesn't want to know and says it's a neighbourhood dispute. The Enviromental Health people (if they come) will take one look, and leave, whilst my neighbour slowly looses her marbles.

****ing useless public "servants".

So more pressures on the NHS in the form of thousands of migrants would be unwelcome?

Where do you think our new doctors are coming from ? The universities are given a set number of pupils they are allowed to take for Medicine . This number is significantly lower than the governments own number of new doctors needed each year (not an opinion, facts are based on the governments own numbers). Each year hundreds of students with excellent exam grades who might make great doctors don't make it into medical school . the NHS totally relies on immigrants settling here and working as doctors in our hospitals

I'm sure that each boatload of migrants comes complete with its own medical team.
