What have you watched on TV?

Episodes, the new BBC comedy with Matt LeBlanc. Very average indeed but I'll stick with it. What is it about British comedies trying to be CYE and failing miserably?

I ended up watching something on E4 called 'Tool Academy' last night, and it made me depressed the way people treat there relationships, and how people will sell out those they supposedly love for a cheap gag.

Anyone see 'The Great Outdoors' on bbc2 last night? 1st of a 3-part mini-sitcom-series about a walking club starring Mark Heap & Ruth Jones. I really enjoyed it, there were several laugh out loud moments and some great lines from the ever brilliant Heap. For me the beeb have really improved their comedy output recently with The Trip, Come Fly With Me, Roger & Val Have Just Got In, Dirk Gentley.

Saw question time on the Beeb last night.Interestingly none of the 4 teachers who asked a question were happy with Michael Gove's plans for education.

And in other news, I watched Human Planet which seeing as they showed the slaughter of a whale in the first 10 minutes should have come with a warning!

Big Fat Gypsy Wedding. Fantastic telly!

Bonkers stuff, the groom not being able to find the church was classic.

Watched Episodes the other night, actually quite liked it, not a classic but plenty of laugh out loud moments. Matt LeBlanc is eminently likeable and Tamsin Grieg's swearing fit at the end was brilliant.

Did anyone watch "The Joy of Teen Sex"?

Horrific and I thought a little inappropriate to be honest... I'm also not sure about some of their stats - was it that 1 in 3 teens are active pre-16. Really? I know a lot of us WANTED to be or SAID we were!

Prince Albert piercing wans't necessary, and 'bag of worms' bloke was a tad unlucky.

I do worry about the way we continue to encourage young people to have sex....

By the way does this make me sound like a boring old ****er?

I like a bit of action as much as the next man, but I just worry about the effects it has on teenagers.

Encourage? Or is it just a normal urge? It wasn't that long ago (100 years?) that marriage at an early age was the norm. With a bit of toning down (ie, the unnecessary need for graphic images of pneumatic models performing sexual acts) this should be shown in schools.
