The second part of the Secret Grammar School on BBC4.Interesting.Can't say I miss my days at WHS myself.I was grateful for the 6th form education but I could have done without the class snobbery.

I remember that I wanted to study a 4th subject at "A" level,Sociology as well as History,Economics and English,which I did take.This would have involved me going to Southend Tech.(as Westcliff didn't offer this subject at the time,probably still don't).I looked into it and got a timetable for classes etc.When I mooted the idea to my form master Arnie Shone his reply, (which I've never forgotten),was "If you were a genius you would have got here when you were eleven."
I have other examples.Not all concerning myself by any means.

On a scale of 1-10, one being utterly disinterested and ten being excited beyond belief, this is a strong 9.5.

Enjoyed 'Inside Nature's Giants' the other day as they dissected a hooligan baboon. A babooligan?
 
Series downloads set on iPlayer for Tracey Beaker Returns (seeing as I'm likely to be writing for CBBC at some point I'd like to know what they put on the network - plus it ain't a half bad show. And Danni Harmer's fit) and Hustle.

Nice to see Ash get done like a kipper. in fact, it was bloody hillarious.


Would also LOVE to be able to watch ITV Player for Law and Order UK and Eternal Law, but the ******* PIECE OF ****ING ***** REFUSES TO WORK! keeps looping audio from the start of the episode over the current picture feed as well as the current picture's audio. If I have to hear Mr Glenister say "In the Criminal Justice System" over Ronnie breaking another perp I will scream.
