What have you watched on TV?

Watched Danny Dyer on who do you think you are....

turns out he's a direct descendant of Edward III :dim:

...and Thomas Cromwell !

Saw Panarama the other night-on JC's recommendation at PMQ's.

Excellent programme on the shortfalls of a couple of care homes for the elderly in Cornwall.

It was fascinating and painful in equal measure. Cannot he not drop the cockerne- talk-like-a-********-swagger for one moment? I expected him to break into a chorus of Chim-Chiminee at any moment.

Yes, shut up and dance, san junipero and hated in the nation are all top class. Think San Junipero was my favourite

Ok I've now watched up to San Junipero - I think I preferred Shut Up and Dance dramatically but I could see the ending a mile off. Great writing - San Junipero really made me think about stuff.

Enjoyed The Making of Graceland on BBC 4's Classic Albums last night.

Annoyingly,Paul Simon played in Madrid last weekend and also in Bilbao but not in Barna.Shame.

Completely agree. Simon wrote some truly great songs, but he needed Garfunkel to help him deliver them. I wouldn't give a squirt of **** for anything he did after they split.

Oh I dunno, love this.

I quite liked Graceland, in fact, I have the album. However, it's not a patch on the stuff they did together.

I can't stand Graceland. Dreadful toss.

On the contrary I had the great pleasure of seeing Paul Simon perform Graceland here in the late 80's with Ladysmith Black Mambazo,Miriam Makeba and Hugh Masekela. It was one of the best concerts I've ever seen.

Nonsense.Paul Simon came into his own after he gave Art the elbow for being just a pretty face/voice.
