What are you having for lunch? (rolling thread)

Following the Toulouse bomb out it was leg of lamb, goose fat roasties, cauliflower cheese and baby carrots. Don't normally do deserts, but as we would have done at Toulouse we finished off with a serious slice of treacle tart topped with clotted cream. A bit of a pain cooking, but it probably saved in excess of £50 eating at home.

Goose fat is just the best for roast pots. It will reduce your lifespan by 50% or so but your taste buds and belly will forever love you. 😁
 
Yesterday was a tuna, cheese and red onion panini with salad, at Poppy's at Tarpots. Hubby had been up earlyish for a Gatwick and wanted one of their all day breakfasts!

Today it's going to be a quality scotch egg with a small side salad at work. Pack of 2 eggs, so, same again on Friday!
