What are you having for lunch? (rolling thread)

Made a serious ricket today buying pork crackling bits and mini pork pies. Very greasy pastry on the pies and the crackling was really salty and rock hard. Still repeating on me now. Not M&S finest hour.
 
Yesterday was a tuna, cheese and red onion panini with salad, at Poppy's at Tarpots. Hubby had been up earlyish for a Gatwick and wanted one of their all day breakfasts!

Today it's going to be a quality scotch egg with a small side salad at work. Pack of 2 eggs, so, same again on Friday!
I put my scotch eggs in the air fryer for 8 minutes. Lovely.
